For those students or parents/guardians who are needing technology support for their child's school issued device, you can submit a support ticket below. Our amazing Lab Managers or Library Media Specialists will respond to your request between 8am - 3pm Monday through Friday. We recommend trying the "Tips and Tricks" below before submitting a support ticket.
Your issue is very important to us and will be resolved as quickly as possible. If an in-person diagnosis/resolution is required, we will schedule a time for you to stop by your child' s school to drop off the device.
