For those students or parents/guardians who are needing technology support for their child's school issued device, please contact your child's school and they will redirect you to our amazing Lab Managers or Library Media Specialists. Their hours are between 8am - 3pm Monday through Friday. We recommend trying the "Tips and Tricks" below before submitting a support ticket.
Your issue is very important to us and will be resolved as quickly as possible. If an in-person diagnosis/resolution is required, we will schedule a time for you to stop by your child' s school to drop off the device.
