Qualifying Event:

 If you have a life changing event causing you to require a change in health insurance coverage, contact your Human Resource - Fay Mann - immediately as there are strict deadlines from the date of event to submit an application for change of coverage.

Online doctor:

Reminder... if you elected a health insurance policy (did not Waive coverage) you have 24/7 access to an online Doctor through Live Health Online at no cost to you as a benefit of being a KEHP member.

Be sure to set up your account now and put the app on your phone or computer at home. You will se.  You can access it on the Castlight from the menu on the left of the screen - click on "Video visit with Doctor".  Then you can call for assistance or click the button to go to the website and follow the instructions.  BE SURE TO USE YOUR SCHOOL EMAIL ADDRESS!!

Castlight – is our Well Being vendor, your digital health resource to access your programs:   Use this app to review your current benefit coverage, access your health insurance card, Anthem health insurance and HRA/FSA accounts AND complete the Living Well Promise. Living Well Promise: To receive the $40.00 a month discount on your health insurance premiums for 2027, you MUST complete the LivingWell Promise by Castlight by 7/1/2026.
