  OPTION 1:  ANTHEM DENTAL & ANTHEM VISION:

  •  The state offers these plans through Anthem Dental/Anthem Vision (outlined in the 2026 Benefits Selection Guide).
  •  NOTE:  There are NO employer contributions made toward the Anthem Dental/Anthem Vision.
  •  If you wish to enroll in the Anthem Dental or Anthem Vision, action is required NOW. Make those elections now at khris.ky.gov. 

•  OPTION 2:  DELTA DENTAL & EYEMED VISION: 

  • NOTE:  The Delta Dental plan is available to you with premiums fully paid by the district for single plan coverage.

Qualifying Event:   If you have a life changing event causing you to require a change in health insurance coverage, contact Fay Mann immediately as there are strict deadlines from the date of event to submit an application for change of coverage.
